The Cheesecake Factory Bakery, a unit of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead all production activities on a shift across multiple lines. The role emphasizes delivering quality, cost control, and safety while guiding supervisors and teams to operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have extensive bakery/manufacturing management experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to implement GMPs, HACCP, and SQF programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of food manufacturing management experience.
• Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production activities on one shift.
• Ensure product quality meets formulations and specifications.
• Manage staffing levels within the area of responsibility.
• Utilize performance data to optimize productivity and labor efficiency.
• Manage material usage to minimize waste and maximize yield.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Purchasing for inventory rotation and levels.
• Lead operations to ensure GMPs and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a sanitation score of 900+ on AIB inspections.
• Record attendance and administer company attendance policies.
• Train and develop employees to support key objectives.
