Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the bakery department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink, and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure the quality of product meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Provide guidance and feedback to department staff.
• Perform product preparation and guest service as necessary.
