• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies for the bakery.
• Operate department according to merchandising and programs.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowe's Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across the department.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, ordering and stocking as needed.
• Maintain labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform department announcements and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Merchandiser as required.
