Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial tech or substantial equivalent maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years in food manufacturing or regulated environment with supervision experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot legacy, non-PLC systems and work with relay logic and analog controls.
• Hands-on mechanical skills including welding, fabrication, and machining.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to maximize uptime and ensure food safety compliance.
• Develop and manage preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs for bakery equipment and facilities.
• Manage spare parts, budgeting, and vendor relationships for aging assets.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns and major overhauls with minimal production disruption.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, LOTO, and OSHA standards across maintenance activities.
