Wonderbrands, a leading bakery, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team in daily planning, preventive maintenance, and repair of all production equipment. You will guide third‑party contractors and work with the corporate maintenance team to ensure bakery support.

Responsibilities include driving improvements, ensuring reliability within budget, and developing training programs while maintaining food safety standards and SQF requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance supervision in production (food/industrial preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; ERP experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team in daily planning and preventive maintenance of all production equipment.
• Provide guidance to third‑party contractors and coordinate with corporate maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement and meet equipment reliability targets within budget.
• Develop and enforce training plans; ensure HACCP and SQF compliance.
