Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior backend engineer to join Agentforce Operations, a high-velocity startup within Salesforce, focused on tuning scalability and reliability of an AI-powered supply chain platform.

You will own performance optimizations across the stack, collaborate with product and engineering teams, mentor peers, and help drive adoption while navigating complex distributed systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years of industry experience as a backend engineer, building and operating user-facing applications and their underlying infrastructure.
• Mastery of Golang, GraphQL, and Postgres, with demonstrated experience delivering high-performance optimizations.
• Major public cloud provider experience (AWS preferred).
• Deep expertise in backend engineering areas such as data modeling, db performance tuning, state management, API design, transactionality, concurrency, memory management, fault tolerance, and scaling.
• Repeated ownership of foundational system work in complex distributed systems, from diagnosing problems to driving adoption across a team.
• Excellent writing and speaking skills and ability to lead real-time technical-design discussions.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a track record of high standards and collaboration.
