Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with backend languages and distributed systems.
• Experience designing RESTful or gRPC services; database design.
• Experience deploying services in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong CI/CD practices, testing, and modern delivery workflows.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and drive to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• AI-first approach to engineering; using AI tools in workflows.
• Advanced prompt engineering; writing precise prompts and system context.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs with reliability and performance.
• Make architectural tradeoffs on evolving requirements.
• Write resilient, well-tested, observable code for production.
