Bright Vision Technologies seeks a Backend Software Engineer to design, build, and operate high-throughput platform services that other teams rely on to deliver their products. This role focuses on building backend platform capabilities—routing, traffic management, data fan-out, caching, asynchronous job execution, and durable event processing—that must handle very high traffic with predictable latency.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional backend or platform engineering experience.
• Experience building internal platforms or shared services used by multiple teams.
• Designing distributed systems with strong consistency, availability, latency, and failure-mode behavior.
• Expertise in Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or modern C++.
• Knowledge of high-throughput messaging/streaming (Kafka, Pulsar, or NATS).
• Experience with relational, key-value, document, and search data stores.
• Proven leadership across multi-quarter platform initiatives and stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to design clear technical docs.
• Mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture through reviews and onboarding.
