Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Server-Side Engineer to design, build, and operate core backend platforms and services that support high-throughput applications. You will focus on scalable server-side architecture, data processing, and reliable delivery at scale, working with modern tech stacks.

The role requires 6+ years of backend experience, strong knowledge of distributed systems, and proficiency in multiple languages (Java/Go/Scala/Rust/C++).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of backend, platform, or software engineering experience.
• Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and internal platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Pulsar, NATS, or other event-driven technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and search databases.
• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
