CVS Health is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager of Digital Engineering to lead back-end teams, shape complex digital initiatives, and guide data migration to the cloud while integrating AI across services.

You will mentor engineers, influence roadmaps, and partner with product design and operations. This role is open to multiple CVS locations with hybrid or fully remote work across the continental USA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise-scale, cloud-based solutions.
• 3+ years leading large cross-functional initiatives with micro-services and data-driven architectures.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum practices in complex projects.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision for product and platform capabilities; guide architectural decisions.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams and managers.
• Drive delivery through clear goals, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across product, design, architecture, and operations to align work with business priorities.
• Evaluate and integrate cloud services and AI to enhance member experiences and efficiency.
• Monitor team health, remove blockers, and support execution of digital initiatives.
