Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and distributed services.
• Ability to define a technical plan for large features with elegant design.
• Proficient at making safe, large codebase changes.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and lead solving project, process, or tech issues.
• Support operations and on-call efforts for team artifacts and metrics.
• Set and improve code review and design standards across teams.
• Develop talent by providing feedback and example-driven leadership.
