Job summary

Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale the trading infrastructure that powers our market making across on-chain and traditional venues. You’ll work in Rust and Go on real-time systems with high ownership over live production risk.

You’ll own design, integrations with market data, pricing, execution, and PnL tooling, collaborating with trading and infra teams to deliver robust interfaces under high-throughput conditions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years backend software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Go or Rust and building scalable services.
• Experience with distributed, latency-sensitive systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-latency backend systems and APIs for quoting, hedging, and executing across venues.
• Collaborate with the trading team to define interfaces between pricing, execution and market data.
• Own integrations with market data providers, exchanges and on-chain venues.
• Build reconciliation and data-integrity tooling for positions, fills and PnL.
• Enforce backend engineering standards and participate in reviews.
