AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain reliable systems, ensuring strong developer experience and security infrastructure.

You will own operations from deployment to incident response, while collaborating with a Lead Platform Architect to shape future architecture. Join a nearshore-focused team delivering scalable platforms for North American clients, with a flexible work model including hybrid, remote, or in-office arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level backend engineering experience with deep production Postgres expertise (schema design, migrations, performance)
• Hands-on work with authorization and multi-tenant systems
• Ability to own operations end to end, influence architecture through written proposals, and partner with Lead Architect and end users
• Builder mindset, pragmatic, comfortable with little process and shifting priorities; CI/CD and IaC as daily habits

Responsibilities

• Reliability & Operations: Build monitoring, alerting, observability across GCP/Cloud Run, AlloyDB/Postgres, BigQuery, Railway; set up staging environments and deploy pipelines with real rollback; implement tested backup and recovery; own incident response and hardening
