Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• Deep, hands-on expertise scaling and operating PostgreSQL—partitioned/sharded schemas, tuning indexes/queries, automating backups and observability, and running resilient multi-TB clusters with replication and failover.
• Proven track record shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale.
• Collaborative, low-ego attitude with mentoring history.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and master your craft.

Responsibilities

• Scale Unify to support hyper growth and large-scale customers.
• Drive the technical roadmap with Product, Design, and GTM stakeholders.
• Set the bar for engineering excellence with coding standards, CI/CD, testing, reliability, and observability.
• Evaluate & integrate new tech with third-party APIs, databases, model-serving platforms, and infra vendors.
• Mentor & lead engineers across domains, pairing, reviewing, and removing blockers.
