This salaried role offers a target range of $230,000 - $285,000, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY with collaboration across founders and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to translate high-level business ideas into deployed engineering solutions.
• Willingness to mentor multiple engineers.

Responsibilities

• Shape both product roadmap and engineering foundation with a collaborative team.
• Build with modern tech such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, and LLMs.
• Experiment, assess, and integrate with platforms to accelerate value delivery.
• Lay the foundation for scalable engineering practices and team growth.
