You will own large engineering scope, shaping product roadmap and engineering foundations while working with founders. The role offers a target salary range of $230,000 - $265,000, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Hybrid work in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and a track record of shipping high‑quality products at scale.
• Customer-obsessed, creative and hungry, able to translate business ideas into deployed engineering solutions.
• Independent yet collaborative; willing to mentor teammates and help the team grow.
• Experience standing up and managing infrastructure and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation with a highly collaborative team.
• Build new products using TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more.
• Experiment, assess and integrate with platforms and vendors to deliver value faster.
• Lay the foundation for scalable engineering standards to support future growth.
