• Deep, hands-on expertise scaling and operating PostgreSQL, with partitioning, indexing, backups and observability.
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale.
• Collaborative, mentor-led approach with a history of helping others grow.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously master your craft.

Responsibilities

• Scale Unify to support hyper growth and serve large-scale customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM to translate goals into an engineering plan.
• Set coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, reliability targets, and observability.
• Prototype rapidly with third-party APIs, databases, model-serving platforms, and infra vendors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across domains.
