Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is hiring a senior backend engineer to design, develop and maintain cloud-based cybersecurity solutions. You will build distributed systems, implement microservices, and drive telemetry and reliability across regions from a remote US location.

The role requires expertise in Go/Python/Java, cloud platforms, and modern observability tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, and contribute to scalable architectures with a strong security focus.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend modules for distributed systems with microservices.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, Postgres, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
• Experience building REST APIs with Spring Boot or Gin.
• Proficient in Go, Python, or Java with concurrency patterns.
• Strong debugging and distributed tracing across services.
• Collaborative coding with code reviews and PR management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.
• Implement distributed systems architecture for endpoint management platforms.
• Contribute to sensor telemetry, system debuggability, and reliability.
• Build high-performance cloud infrastructure components with monitoring and testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and integrate frontend and backend solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.
