Qualifications

• Solid experience with a systems language (Go preferred) and distributed systems in production.
• Ability to talk with customers, translate ambiguity into deliverables, and shape roadmaps.
• Strong coding and collaboration skills, with a bias toward practical, deployable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from concept to rollout for Pyroscope features.
• Design, build, and operate core components for ingestion, storage, and query.
• Participate in on-call (EMEA rotation) and drive operational excellence.
