Qualifications

• Strong experience with systems languages (Go, Rust, C/C++, Python, Java).
• Built and operated cloud services in production.
• Comfort with multi-tenant data systems and reliability.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects on Pyroscope, from concept to rollout.
• Design, build, and operate core distributed database components: ingestion, storage, and query.
• Engage with customers, translate pain points into deliverables, shape the roadmap.
• Drive SLOs and cost targets, reduce toil through automation, improve on-call experience.
• Collaborate with Grafana squads to integrate profiling across the stack.
