Qualifications

- Track record of enhancing system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Ability to deliver complete systems independently and on time.
- Strong interpersonal skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to develop core systems and create APIs.
- Build internal tooling and APIs for business and engineering processes.
- Implement architectural changes to align with current goals.
- Integrate with external services for payments, documents, and claims.
- Mentor and provide support to team members.
