Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Ability to design and deliver features with robust observability and error handling.
• Strong ownership and proactive growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly team goals and lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design and analytics in ideation and trade-off decisions.
• Identify and drive resolution of project, process, tech or business issues.
• Support operations of team artifacts with metrics and on-call readiness.
• Set and promote code review and design standards, and mentor teammates.
