Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional/production experience developing backend web-stack applications.
• Professional experience leveraging Go in prior roles.
• Sustained track record of delivering complete systems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to develop core systems and APIs powering user experiences.
• Build internal tooling and APIs to streamline business and engineering processes.
• Implement architectural changes to align systems with goals and constraints.
• Integrate with external services for payments, documents, and claims.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions like microservices vs monoliths and deployment strategies.
