Job summary

Sierra AI is seeking a results-driven engineer to help build the enterprise platform powering its AI agents. You’ll design and implement identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility features to enable customers to embed Sierra into complex ecosystems.

You’ll scale the platform for top enterprise clients with strict security, reliability, and performance requirements across regions and use cases, while upholding high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and working with complex customer environments.
• Backend-leaning full-stack experience building enterprise SaaS applications.
• Security-adjacent experience (e.g., auth, permissions, data isolation, threat modeling).

Responsibilities

• Build Sierra's enterprise platform capabilities, including identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility.
• Scale with our largest customers across regions and use cases while maintaining reliability.
• Form the foundation of trust by upholding security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.
