Sierra is seeking an experienced engineer to help build and scale its enterprise platform, delivering the identity, access management, integrations, and extensibility that enterprise customers require to embed Sierra into their ecosystems.

You will work with leading brands to ensure the platform scales across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and security, build trustworthy systems, and uphold operational excellence in a high-autonomy culture.
