Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience building production‑grade distributed systems.
• Experience writing backend services in Go with Kafka, Postgres, Redis, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of relational DB design, SQL performance, and caching.
• Proficiency in microservices, RESTful API design, and multi‑region resilience.
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive hands‑on development of multi‑region microservices and core backend features.
• Design high‑performance, scalable architectures with SOLID principles.
• Ensure production readiness and observability with metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmap and reviews.
• Collaborate with PMs and other engineers to deliver features on time.
