Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer focused on backend systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, SOA, and scalability.
• Proven track record delivering complex backend services in production.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and prioritization of backend projects aligned with product, technical, and business goals.
• Establish and uphold engineering best practices for secure, observable, and scalable services.
• Support operations and availability by creating/monitoring metrics and participating in on-call duties.
