Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Mobius team in Atlanta to design and build scalable backend services and data pipelines powering analytics across customer conversations. You will work on high-volume ETL, SQL Server tuning, and AI-assisted development within a mature analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in production environments.
• Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, database partitioning, Extended Events, and resolving I/O and latch contention issues.
• Experience with ETL and data movement solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services using C#.
• Develop and optimize high-volume ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
• Design, tune, and maintain MS SQL Server environments.
• Investigate production issues and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams relying on Mobius data.
• Use AI-assisted tools to analyze requirements and accelerate coding.
• Contribute to new features, platform enhancements, and architecture.
