Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Mobius team, building scalable backend services in C# for the NIA analytics platform. This role focuses on ingesting and transforming large volumes of data and ensuring performance for enterprise customers.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools, collaborate across engineering teams, and help shape features and architecture. Hybrid work in Atlanta with in-office Mondays and Tuesdays, plus remote days.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong C# / .NET backend development experience.
• 4+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience in production environments.
• Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, partitioning, Extended Events, I/O and latch contention resolution.
• Experience building high-volume data processing systems.
• Experience with ETL and data movement solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services using C#.

• Troubleshoot performance challenges across large-scale distributed systems.
