Mobility is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Software Engineering in a hybrid New York-based role. You will lead a team, balance leadership with hands-on coding, and guide the full software development lifecycle across enterprise-scale data solutions and backend services.

You will contribute to architecture decisions, collaborate with Agile teams, and drive quality through automated testing and modern deployment practices. Strong data engineering and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software solutions.
• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Partner with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications, data solutions, and backend services.
