Job summary

NiCE is expanding its U.S.-based R&D team and seeking Senior Software Engineers to help scale a fast-moving, AI-powered product suite. You will work across a modern full-stack environment, delivering production-grade software with a focus on AI-assisted development.

You will own features from concept to deployment, collaborating with product, design, and engineers to improve reliability and performance in a rapidly evolving team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Go and React+TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience shipping production software in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex as a core part of daily work.
• Strong communication and autonomy in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across a Node.js/TypeScript or Go backend and React+TypeScript frontend.
• Lead with AI-assisted development using Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.
• Accelerate the SDLC with AI-augmented development workflows.
• Set the bar for the team with technical standards and code reviews.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering in a fast-paced work environment.
• Own features from concept to deployment, ensuring reliability and performance.
