NiCE is seeking a Professional Services Engineer in Atlanta, USA to drive proactive AI and Cognigy implementations for clients worldwide. You will deliver high-quality configurations, testing, and support across our SaaS platforms, collaborating with global teams.

You will implement agents, translate requirements into automated solutions, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing. Hybrid work model with 2 office days and 3 remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional services, software implementations or related roles.
• Experience with APIs for integration and data exchange in SaaS/enterprise settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow established implementation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement Proactive AI Agents following requirements, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Support client engagements by delivering technical tasks with quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to build and support proactive customer journeys.
• Translate business needs into automated solutions and document designs.
• Configure and customize SaaS platform to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in implemented solutions.
• Assist in optimizing customer journeys using data and basic analytics.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
