You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and partner with product and security teams to maintain reliability, performance, and long‑term maintainability of the platform.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• 7+ years in professional software engineering with backend focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional, complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of backend concepts and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of complex software systems.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices in the cloud.
• Own initiatives from discovery to production support.
• Mentor engineers and promote coding standards and observability.
