Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Platform — Backend / AI/ML / Integrations) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will help build the next generation of AI CX tools, including automated QA, conversational analytics, and knowledge assist, in a high-velocity startup-like environment backed by a public company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years backend development experience.
• Proficient in Go with production-scale Go at speed.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in code and product.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and pub/sub systems.
• Knowledge of data graphs/knowledge graphs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Go services on the event bus and real-time backends.
• Develop AI/ML pipelines and integrations with CCaaS/CRM/telephony.
• Optimize latency and throughput for high-volume deployments.
• Contribute to platform services across specialization tracks.
• Mentor teammates and drive disciplined shipping practices.
