Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure seeks a Master Data Analyst with strong SAP experience to govern and optimize enterprise master data. You will manage material, customer, and partner data while delivering dashboards and reports that inform operations and strategic initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT, plus hands-on data quality improvements and ERP-driven governance. Remote US-based with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, or ERP support.
• Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, or other ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for large datasets.
• Advanced Excel and KPI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze master data trends to identify opportunities for quality and governance improvements.
• Create, maintain, and audit material, customer, vendor, and other master data in SAP and connected systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operations and decision making.
• Perform data analysis to support initiatives, acquisitions, and system changes.
• Root cause analysis of data quality issues and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to understand data needs.
• Monitor governance controls and compliance with data standards.
• Support testing and validation of master data processes and system changes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Maintain documentation and business rules for master data management.
• Provide guidance and training to users on data standards and governance.
