Job summary

Towson, MD, USA-based Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to join our IT – Supply Chain team as a remote employee. You will lead the Procurement technology area, own the product backlog, drive AI/automation, and coordinate S2P/S2C implementations and ERP integrations from a global template perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of functional/technical experience at the intersection of enterprise business systems and tech procurement pipelines.
• 2+ years Low-Code/No-Code hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready low-code apps.
• Hands-on experience with S2P Platforms like SAP Ariba/GEP/Coupa/Ivalua or similar across S2C/P2P modules.
• Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps) and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Experience with global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption.
• Strong SQL/data validation skills and BI tools familiarity (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong experience translating business needs into epics/features/user stories and functional specs.
• Proven leadership in testing and release readiness (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional/technical lead for the Procurement tech product area.
• Own and maintain the product backlog with prioritization and alignment to business value.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives.
• Drive AI and automation across S2C/P2P to improve user experience and compliance.
• Lead functional/technical efforts for implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes.
• Manage functional risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs.
• Own end-to-end requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and standardize processes across S2C and P2P.
• Coordinate integrations between S2P suite and multiple ERPs (SAP, Infor, QAD, JDE).
• Partner with iPaaS/ESB/API and data/BI teams for mappings and reporting.
