Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in New Britain, CT is seeking a Senior Analyst, EPM Planning & Consolidations for a hybrid role.

You will partner with Corporate and BU FP&A teams to ensure Oracle EPM applications (Planning, PCM/EDM, HFM, FDM, Smart View) meet business needs and enable consolidation, planning, and reporting of critical financial data. You will support the HFM cloud transition, design and test enhancements, and work with Controllership to manage data loads, month-end close, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics.
Experience with Oracle applications preferred (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM).
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong communication across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Corporate and BU FP&A teams to ensure financial applications meet requirements.
Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Applications (Planning/PCM/EDM, HFM, FDM, Smart View).
Support the HFM transition from On-Premise to EPM Cloud (FCC) including requirements, testing, and training.
Collaborate with Finance user community to deliver Enhancements to EPM Applications and ensure successful deployments.
Work with leadership and FP&A users to maintain and deliver Planning functionality as requirements evolve.
Manage key FDM and HFM processes (Data Loads, Data Mapping, Month End Close, Forecast Consolidation, Certifications).
Identify training opportunities to improve EPM application support.
