Job summary

First American is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis to lead a high-performing team of BAs and BSAs across product and transformation initiatives. You will align business goals with technology, mentor analysts, and drive best practices in an agile environment.

You will partner with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into system definitions, participate in roadmaps, and influence leadership on strategic decisions. A robust benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required/expected.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications: CBAP or IIBA, PBA, Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience as Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BAs and Analysts supporting product teams and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business, technology and partners to identify needs and provide analysis support.
• Lead analysis to document requirements and represent the division on major programs.
• Mentor team in best practices across the product/software lifecycle.
• Create and maintain documentation (user stories, data mappings, API analysis, test cases).
