First American is seeking a Manager of Business Analysis to lead a high-performing team of BAs/BSAs across product and transformation programs. The role partners with business, product and engineering to align goals with systems and ensure successful delivery through agile practices.

The ideal candidate has senior BA/BA Manager experience, strong leadership, and a track record in large digital transformations. A collaborative, inclusive environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications: CBAP or IIBA, PBA, Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience as Lead BA or Business Analysis Manager with supervisory duties.
• Strong people leadership capabilities and change influence.
• Experience on major digital transformation programs in complex environments.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of BA/BS analysis methodologies, best practices and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration with management-level partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts/Business Analysts across product teams.
• Collaborate with business, technology and partners to identify needs and provide analysis support.
• Lead analysis for major initiatives and represent the division on programs.
• Mentor the team in best practices across the full software/product lifecycle.
• Create and maintain analysis documentation (user stories, functional requirements, data rules).
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to drive solutions with stakeholders.
• Support roadmaps, budgets, and resource planning with senior leadership.
• Establish a Center of Excellence for Business & Systems Analysis within the division.
