Job summary

First American in the United States seeks a Manager, Business Analysis to lead a team of BAs/BSAs and drive strategic initiatives across product and technology. You will mentor analysts and align business goals with systems in an agile environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape a Center of Excellence for BA practices and ensure high-quality requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• CBAP or IIBA certifications, PBA or Agile certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Analysts across product and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business, technology and external partners to identify needs and provide analysis support.
• Provide analysis leadership on key initiatives and represent the division on major programs.
• Mentor the team on best practices across the software/product lifecycle (Discovery to Production Support).
• Create and maintain documentation (user stories, business rules, data validation, etc.).
• Partner with leadership to plan resources and strategy.
