First American is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis to lead a high-performing team of BAs and BSAs, aligning business goals with systems. You will mentor staff, partner with product, design, and engineering, and drive agile delivery across programs and transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications: CBAP or IIBA, PBA, Agile a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as Lead BA or BA Manager with supervision.
• Experience in Agile environments and major digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts and/or Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify business needs and provide analysis support.
• Lead analysis to document business and functional requirements for initiatives.
• Mentor the team on best practices across the SDLC.
• Oversee documentation including user stories, data mapping, and rules.
• Partner with business and technology teams to support rollouts.
