Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications: CBAP or IIBA; PBA a plus.
• Demonstrated lead BA or Business Analysis Manager experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and Business Analysts across product teams and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and partners to identify needs and provide analysis support.
• Provide analysis expertise and act as lead Analyst on key initiatives.
• Mentor team in best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain documentation (user stories, business rules, API analysis, test cases).
• Partner with business, product, design and engineering teams to support rollouts.
