Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Senior Account Executive (B2B) to drive solution selling across hosted and premise‑based VoIP, managed services, and web security for customers in the Appleton region and surrounding areas of Wisconsin.

You will prospect, build relationships, and close deals while leveraging TDS’s full suite of services to meet client needs. The role offers a substantial commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of cold‑calling experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective and existing customers via phone, in‑person calls, networking, and referrals.
• Utilize the CRM to develop prospecting and sales strategies that drive activity and closing ratios.
• Maintain accurate customer status and forecasting in CRM for new prospects and existing base.
• Write and submit accurate new orders, and manage MACD for existing customers.
• Conduct sales calls to determine customer needs and communicate TDS’s value proposition.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue growth targets for new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with contacts and lead sources.
