Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Senior Account Executive (B2B) to join its Commercial Sales team in Wisconsin. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while leveraging hosted and premise-based VoIP, managed services, and web security offerings.

Expect a robust base plus commission and a 6-month ramp with full benefits. You will work in a hybrid setup with a territory from Eau Claire to Menomonie, reporting to the Eau Claire sales office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience.
• 2+ years cold calling experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-system environment.
• Proven ability to manage a territory using technology, prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with prospective customers via calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments.
• Use the CRM to develop prospecting and sales strategy with high activity and effective closing ratios.
• Maintain accurate customer status and forecasting in CRM for new and existing customers.
• Process new customer orders and manage MACD for existing base.
• Conduct sales calls to determine needs and communicate TDS value proposition.
