Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to grow market share for commercial cleaning services. You will build relationships, maximize CRM and other tools to drive sales, set up walkthroughs, assess client needs, and present tailored solutions.

You will generate leads, manage a portfolio of clients, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to accelerate cycles, travel as needed, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• 5+ years in B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel to client offices and work in the United States.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and set appointments for walkthroughs with prospective clients.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess commercial cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
• Secure agreements and hand over to operations for service delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Use CRM to manage client interactions and track progress.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to accelerate sales cycles.
