Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley seeks a Business Development Representative to grow our restoration services network. You will identify referral sources, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive scheduled meetings with partners to generate referrals.

You’ll engage with trades and property managers, maintain CRM notes, and attend weekly meetings. A proactive communicator with local market knowledge will help expand our client base and support company growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Willingness to undergo motor vehicle record pull.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience or familiarity with cleaning/restoration industry helpful.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Sarasota, Charlotte, Manatee and Hillsborough counties.
• Local travel and networking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers and referral sources.
• Develop and maintain contact database for potential partners.
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects.
• Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of restoration services.
• Engage with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, insurers, Realtors, and others.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly marketing and business development meetings.
• Support development of customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy.
• Support development/delivery of presentations to prospective organizations.
• Participate in trade, community and networking activities; propagate brand.
• Regularly update CRM with notes from customer appointments.
• Perform customer follow-ups and sales pipeline management.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company on and off the clock.
