Job summary

CoAd in North Carolina is seeking a Business Sales Consultant to influence C-Suite decision makers regarding CoAd PEO services. This field sales role focuses on hunting new clients and achieving annual quotas while working remotely in NC.

You will generate 150-200+ connections weekly, profile Salesforce pipelines, and collaborate with channel partners to expand CoAd's footprint in commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of complex business solutions-based sales or 2 years' outside sales experience.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefits regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Collaborate with C-Suite professionals to introduce, expand and sell CoAd products and services.
• Maintain and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators.
