Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a seasoned B2B marketing leader to shape and launch AI-powered enterprise software campaigns from a remote New York base. You will own go-to-market strategies, craft messaging for enterprise buyers, and drive demand generation to fuel qualified pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SaaS or tech marketing, strong CRM and analytics expertise, and experience guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology.
• Proven success generating measurable marketing-sourced pipeline and qualified sales opportunities.
• Hands-on experience leading B2B software product launches and go-to-market campaigns.
• Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and category differentiation.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, CRM, and marketing analytics.
• Comfortable working with executive leadership, sales teams, and external partners.
• Experience with AI, automation, data platforms, or enterprise services is a plus.
• Familiarity with GCC, GBS, or Shared Services markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches for enterprise software solutions.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging, and content for enterprise decision-makers.
• Create and execute B2B demand generation campaigns delivering qualified leads and pipeline.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, email, website optimization, and ABM.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to convert market insights into campaigns.
• Build thought leadership through research content, events, and partnerships.
• Track performance, optimize conversions, and demonstrate campaign ROI.
• Guide a small team and external partners while staying hands-on with execution.
