Job summary

Manychat, Inc in New York seeks a founder-level B2B Marketing leader to establish and scale a new function for a growing, multi-channel marketing organization. You’ll define positioning, packaging, messaging and the visual identity for a new offering.

You’ll build demand programs, drive pipeline from leads to opportunities to closed deals, activate prospects within the product ecosystem, and empower SDRs and AEs. The role offers autonomy to shape a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling B2B marketing functions.
• Hands-on experience across ABM, paid ads, demand generation, events and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to lead independently and build a team over time.

Responsibilities

• Build brand foundations for a new B2B offering: positioning, packaging, messaging, and visual identity.
• Build and run demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline from leads to opportunities to closed deals.
• Identify and activate prospects within the existing product ecosystem, and own lifecycle and email engagement.
• Arm SDRs and AEs with what they need to win.
• Start by leveraging existing marketing resources, as you scale up and build a dedicated marketing team.
