Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of the AMERs campaign calendar to grow market share and hit pipeline targets.
• Localize global campaigns for regional needs and identify local channel activations.
• Shape messaging with Product Marketing using market and buyer insights.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end with timely cross-functional alignment and risk mitigation.
• Develop regional resources (timelines, decks, channels, projects) for stakeholders.
• Design and implement follow-up plans with Sales/BDR to improve conversions.
• Provide timely campaign updates to GTM teams via Slack and meetings.
• Create short-form copy aligned to global branding and localize for AMERs.
